Can Botox in the eyes area cause loss or thinning of eyebrow hair?

I have never heard of or seen this problem. I don’t believe Botox has any effect on hair growth. Perhaps there’s a metabolic problem causing your eyebrow issues (ex-hypothyroidism). I hope this helps. 

There is no correlation between Botox and thinning brows even when used around the eye area.  See your primary care physician if your concerns continue.
