Can I have my two front teeth extracted then replaced with implants on the same visit?

The short answer is, yes. Assuming the two front teeth are healthy and there is no infection, then two implants can be placed on the same day that the teeth are extracted and two temporary teeth can be placed on the implants providing there is no bite force being applied to them.The longer answer is, I would not recommend extracting two perfectly healthy teeth. Yes you can have them replaced at the same visit, the only thing its that the temporaries, need to be out of occlusion, and the final crowns, would be done 3 months after,once the healing process has got those implants completely osseointegrated in your jawbone. Hope this helps, Thank you
