I had an endoscopic brow lift and an upper eyelid surgery 6 months ago and am not happy with the results. I feel like my eyes and my smile look very different now. My eyes look tired and their shape changed They look hollow and below the eyebrows there's loss of tone.My doctor is suggesting fat injection for a youthful look. I also feel like my cheeks are fuller now. Would the results change more through time? Should I look into reversing the operation? Or try fat injection? Suggestions?

Hello. First of all, when I look at the photos, I can say that your old state looks much more dynamic, so I think your surgery was not effective. After endoscopic eyebrow lifting, the side parts of the muscles rise more and there are no lines left, so we recommend that you have a well-planned revision endoscopic eyebrow lift, upper eyelid and lower eyelid surgery.
