Different Size/uneven Breasts After Breast Augmentation? (photo)

It
is quite common for the two breasts to heal differently. One may swell more,
one may feel more uncomfortable, or the shapes may differ initially. After
complete healing, they should look more similar and natural. Patience is
required, but if you are concerned, ask questions to your doctor or the nursing
staff.

If your surgeon put symmetrical implants behind you are symmetrical breasts, it is impossible for them to be asymmetrical after healing is complete.

The posted before photos demonstrates NON symmetrical breasts! in my opinion. So the minor differences are magnified with implantation. Overall a good result. 

You are still very early out of breast augmentation surgery; much too early to evaluate the end results of the procedure performed. Frankly, I do not note much breast asymmetry in your pictures; I tell all of my patients of the breasts will be “sisters, not twins”.

 Best to evaluate the end results of the procedure approximate 6 months from now. Best wishes.

It takes 3 to 6 months for the pectoral muscles to relax to accommodate the new implants. Until that time, it is too early to evaluate symmetry. It is not uncommon for the muscles to relax at different rates. The one on the handed side is usually bigger than the other.

(No one is completely symmetric-breasts, eyes, ears, etc. From your pre-op photo, it looks like the left nipple and areola are lower than the right ones. )
