I had a surgery 5weeks ago,both breasts look different.They are both soft but right one seems to be different shape also feel different when touched.What could be the cause? will I need revision? They were symmetrical before BA.

I do not think working out increases your risk of capsular contractures. I usually allow my patients to perform light aerobic workouts by about 4 wks post and heavy lifitng by 6-8 weeks after breast augmentation.

If you have a pectus excavatum, it is certainly not impressive based on the photographs posted. Also, not to belittle your concerns, but the chest wall asymmetry also does not appear to be very significant in the pictures posted...
In my opinion sizing a patient for imlants can be simplified. Sizing is not about a number. In fact, I do not even discuss numbers with my patients. If a patient walks through the door and says they want x-cc implants I have to educate them about how sizing works. The best analogy I can relate...
