My lower face seems kind of saggy and not chiseled. what could improve facial harmony?

Close-up photos, as well as profile shots would have been very helpful for evaluating how best to proceed. But from what can be seen there appears to be some loss of volume in the upper, outer cheeks, which is contributing to the laxity below that  disturbs you, as well as for the development of tear troughs and hollows under the eyes. In the hands of an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatology filler expert, the use of a robust HA voluming filler can provide lift and contour to the cheeks and at once reestablish a more feminine, youthful oval, heart-shaped face, as well as address the infraorbital hollows and tear troughs that create a more tired appearance. Based On your posted photos, it appears you have a jowl effect. My recommendation would be an anti-mini facelift with muscle plication fee $5000. Best of virtual consult with.
