Which procedure would reduce the appearance of hollow eyes and smile lines? 28 y/o female

F - 28 - 235lbs (Same weight for the last 6 years). My main concerns are my (more) hollow under eyes and my smiles lines, especially around my nose. It seems to be from facial fat loss and thus sagging skin. I'll be on Wegovy soon, so even more fat loss. After losing the weight, I'm thinking I'd need a cheek lift and lower bleph and/or fat transfer. Anything that would look similar to my example pic (2nd pic). All pics are labeled/captioned.
