While the concern seems to make sense mechanically, and I've heard it before from my patients, it just never turns out to be a thing after surgery. Just be sure you've done a good job selecting your surgeon, and make sure he understands and agrees with your concerns and the exact amount you want done in various areas of your nose.

I like to make my noses narrow and I’ve found that it’s pretty hard to make it too skinny. I think you would get a lively result

Your eyes are beautiful, and your inter-canthal distance cannot be changed. If the width of your nose bothers you enough, then do a rhinoplasty. It's not going make your eyes look even wider.
