Not sure if this is my buccinator muscle but it is more muscular side of my mouth.I normally see this in masculine faces.Ive had Botox into the DOA and chin, which has helped the corners turn up and relaxed the tension around my mouth.I don’t need to get it as often. Would Botox into that area that I pointed the arrows to help create symmetry ? It’s not hollowness
