Two issues I'm dealing with around the mouth. First is I've always had this blue darkness around my mouth. After some conversations with my dermatologist and my cosmetic injector, we are thinking the blueness is most likely deep artery facial veins. What can be done to cover/fix that? 2nd issue is the intense orbicularis oris muscle on the sides of my mouth. They're always pronounced even when relaxed. Can I inject a few units of Botox there w/out effecting eating? Any other solutions?
