What you are describing are nasolabial folds. The only reason why you would have "blue" discoloration in this area is from superficial hyaluronic acid filler. I would suggest Radiesse as a filler in this area and avoid having your lips overfilled, which draws more attention to the area.

Hi!Neurotoxin injections can calm down the muscle activity around the mouth, but with that you can expect weakness in that area. From the images shown, especially the image where you're outside, it appears that filler would be useful in the piriform aperture and nasolabial fold area. This area has its risks, so please seek out an experienced injector. I hope this helps!
