Hi, I am looking to improve my profile/lower jaw deficiency. After doing some research, I am debating between a sliding genioplasty or bimaxillary advancement with a counter clockwise rotation. I have already completed orthodontic treatment so my bite is good but I am unhappy with the way my profile looks and the loose skin under my chin. I look forward to reading your responses. Thank you.
