Do people with keloid scars age better?

Question

IIs there a connection between overproducing collagen for scar healing and also during the aging process? I know keloids often form on people with more melanated skin, who tend to age better than less melanated people. Basically looking for a silver lining! I'm wondering if increased collagen production has an upside. Incidentally, I've noticed I have no wrinkles compared to my peers who are whiter. I am prone to keloids however.
