I have had pretty bad under eye texture, bumps and fine lines for many years. I'm 28 but my under eyes are aging me. I currently use a prescription retinol that I sometimes use under my eyes. But it causes a lot of irritation so I can't use consistently. I try to keep my under eyes hydrated. It's gotten so bad that I can't wear makeup - makes everything look way worse. Why has this happened, what can I do to see a drastic change and how can I prevent it from coming back once I've treated it?
