Ideally, you would have addressed this concern before braces. However, you can still broaden your smile with arch development. This is done using a simple, comfortable, removable appliance. This appliance will widen your dental arch and as the dental arch is widened your smile will become broader.Good luck!

You are correct that there is a deficiency along your buccal corridors displaying a dark space instead of bright teeth.Your options are to consider more orthodontics if a specialist believes that this is an option for you.You can also add porcelain or composite to bring out the teeth as well--this would be a nice option and a cosmetic dentist can actually show this effect to you before you do it by digital photos or mock ups in your mouth.Good luck to you!
