Recently, I just had a consultation for Invisalign and the doctor told me that I need extraction as my teeth are crowded and big. I already pulled out 2 wisdom teeth one upper row and the second lower row. For me, I do not want to have any tooth pulled out. Do you thibk it is possible for my case?

Answer: Do not extract your teeth before Invisalign
Teeth clenching (bruxism) is often caused by your bite being incorrect. Invisalign does work for those who clench their teeth, but more attention has to be paid by the doctor. Sometimes bruxism can be improved by aligning your teeth. Botox for jaw muscles also help bruxism in certain cases...
First, if you have not had a sleep test, get one!Invisalign and other traditional "night guards/TMJ" appliances can make sleep breathing more difficult IF you have a sleep breathing disorder......get a sleep test, ASAP.
I recommend to try the aligners, if it fits properly with no issues, you are fine , just wear the current aligners for extra few days, if it doesn't seat properly or in doubt, inform your dentist asap, they might need to do a midcourse correction.
