Based off of the photos you have submitted, invisalign is not your best option. You would see improvements, but your time and money will be better spent seeing a reputable orthodontist and possibly having traditional braces (along with some other treatments). Make sure you do your research and find a very experienced orthodontist. Your case is difficult as an adult, so you want to be sure you are investing in someone who is very skilled.
Invisalign is NOT your best option; at least not initially. Your upper dental arch is grossly underdeveloped and this is what is causing your posterior crossbite. A posterior crossbite is very dangerous because it can lead to TMJ Dysfunction and a sleep breathing disorder. You should first correct the crossbite with an arch development appliance. Many doctors and orthodontist will tell you that because you are an adult it is impossible to develop your dental arch without surgery, This is simply NOT true. I do arch development in my dental practice every single day for the past many years. Once your upper dental arch is large enough to accommodate your lower dental arch then you can use Invisalign to straighten your teeth. An orthopedic appliance is needed to develop your dental arch followed by an orthodontic appliance (Invisalign or conventional braces) to straighten your teeth.Good luck!

Teeth clenching (bruxism) is often caused by your bite being incorrect. Invisalign does work for those who clench their teeth, but more attention has to be paid by the doctor. Sometimes bruxism can be improved by aligning your teeth. Botox for jaw muscles also help bruxism in certain cases...
