White mark after under-eye filler? (Photo)

It is difficult to see what the white lines actually is if it is swelling or product displaced too superficially.  It appears most likely to be product. I would recommend waiting a week to see if it dissipates. If it remains the same I would return to your treating physician to have the product dissolved. The swelling post procedure may be causing this line. So be patient and allow full resolution of 2 weeks. At your review appointment with your provider discuss your results.

after filler injection , we would expect some swelling which would go down.
Being said that, yours could be a bit overdone. I would recommend to go to the physician injected the filler and ask for advice.
If in fact it is overdone, using enzyme hyalaze can take care of it. He may suggest to wait another week before doing anything.
