I would like a revision rhinoplasty in the upcoming year but I also after overjet/crossbite & worsening midface hypoplasia, so I am considering either fillers, Invisalign, or face implants. The rhinoplasty is my primary concern but I'm definitely thinking of getting surgery to correct midface issues. Will that be safe, or will my nose have to be opened again in order to get paransal implants/midface implants?

You are not near a final result at 3 weeks after surgery. Be patience and follow your doctors advice about taping and allow the tissues to settle and mature over several months. If a small bump is still there in 9-12 months it can be dealt with by a small revision without any worry...
I do not know of any one who would routinely replace the septum with rib cartilage. If the entire septum is removed and replaced it is performed extracorporeal and not performed commonly in most cases.
