If I want midface or paranasal implants in the future, do I need to have it done at the same time as rhinoplasty?

I would like a revision rhinoplasty in the upcoming year but I also after overjet/crossbite & worsening midface hypoplasia, so I am considering either fillers, Invisalign, or face implants. The rhinoplasty is my primary concern but I'm definitely thinking of getting surgery to correct midface issues. Will that be safe, or will my nose have to be opened again in order to get paransal implants/midface implants?
