To begin with we need to determine what exactly is bothering you about your nose. My guess is you dont like to new angle of your nose tip. I f this is your concern, an open rhinoplasty with cartilage graft stabilization of your tip after rotating it down would improve the appearance.

It appears that you would like your tip counterrotated (downward) with less nostril show. This can be accomplished with either endonasal or open rhinoplasty. Some cartilage grafting may be necessary as well.
