Hi!I I did 3 Ultrashape treatments on my love handles (I'm otherwise in decent shape). The last two of the treatments had Velashape afterwards that the spa just threw in. After my second treatment, I had a brief few weeks of the love handles looking gone, but now (6 months later) I am back to normal. Help!

Answer: Love Handles Back After UltraShape After much research, I decided to offer CoolSculpting instead of UltraShape, because I believe it is a superior option for fat removal. Now regardless of which fat removal treatment a person has the results are dependent on the lifestyle of the patient. Not all fat cells are removed, therefore the existing cells can inflate with poor diet and exercise habits. If this sounds like you, I would recommend adjusting your habits to see if your love handles "deflate."

Exceptions have been seen in patients whose dietary or exercise habits have changed for the worse following treatment. This is seen with all body contouring devices; the results are very dependent upon patient lifestyle.
