I don't think using a waist trainer afterwards will help or hinder your results. Be sure to be evaluated by a trained and experienced expert who can direct you towards other non-invasive or even invasive treatments should they be a better option for your particular case. Thanks for the photos. You do have a slightly asymmetric smile and chin. It's possible that fillers alone can give you the balance you're seeking. I would recommend Volbella for your lips and Juvederm for the chin. I would also advise trying fillers first and seeing if they rectify the problem...

You will not need a compression garment for after the Ultrashape treatment. Ultrashape is a non surgical fat treatment, meaning it's a treatment that relies on the body to do the process.
