4 years post-op fat transfer to cheeks, jawline and chin. Will Ultherapy smooth out lumps and help with contour issues?

I have not so noticeable lumps in my cheeks & jawline from a fat transfer done 4 yrs ago. The lumps are more annoying to me in my mouth with slight contouring issues. The doctor has been injecting steroids to break up the lumps but the last injection left me with small indent in my cheek which is filling in now but I am nervous to proceed with steroid injections. Will Ultherapy work to smooth out lumps, break them up and help with minor contouring issues? What is the best laser?
