Tummy tuck after abortion - hemoglobin levels.

Im 10 weeks pregnant, im getting an abortion next week so i will be 11 weeks by then. I have my tummy tuck scehduled for late april, do i have to rechedule? Can getting an abortion cause my hemoglobin levels to drop? How long should i wait if any for my tummy tuck after abortion? is it even safe to do both so close together?
