I'm only 30 and inexplicably the left side of my face has far worse perioral mounds. How do I remove them conservatively on the left side? Would filler or liposuction help? I don't understand what causes this. I hate my looks.
Answer: Lifting & Volumizing Fillers Work For Smoothing Marionette Folds & Jowls The good news is that a five minute treatment session with an experienced physician injector using a lifting or volumizing filler, such as Restylane Lyft or Voluma XC, would likely result in an immediate, on-the-spot "Wow!" reaction. Appropriately injected, these fillers support can re-establish the mechanical support needed in the region so that the angle of your mouth on your left side would be lifted and straightened--thereby eliminating the fold you dislike. No need for liposuction or surgery or for fancy machines. A simple five minute treatment is all that is necessary. It is difficult to say from the photos provided, but if the left cheek requires some volume or lifting filler, this, too, would secondarily help to further improve the marionette fold issue. Make sure that you consult with a board certified aesthetic physician and not just anyone hawking the latest expensive "bells and whistles," one-size-fits-all device they just purchased. Best of luck.

Answer: Can help So in general most patients do not have 100% symmetry on each side of their face. I would be interested to see how your cheek on the left looks if there is atrophy of your superficial fat pads, your mandible as well as this seems to be more that you have extra tissue influencing the marionette line.. I would see if injecting a medium G' Prime Hyaluronic Acid Dermal filler with a cannula towards the mandible would lift the fold away from the marionette area. I would also test the muscle strength of you dao muscle to see if you would benefit from 2-3 units of botox. would address the issue as well. There really is no cream that will do this.

Answer: Filler and Morpheus8 You will find the best result from a combination of treatments. Fillers can be used to lessen the depth of the folds. Morpheus8 treatments can be used to tone and tighten the skin. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Answer: Chin implant Hello, First of all, thank you for your question.Due to the small size of your chin tip, there may be skin sagging and dimples in your mouth and jawline area. With a filling or silicone chin implant, these dimples can be removed by providing tension in the jaw line. You need to have a detailed examination and face analyse to get customised treatment plan, be sure that your surgeon is professional board certified facial plastic surgeon.
