So in general most patients do not have 100% symmetry on each side of their face. I would be interested to see how your cheek on the left looks if there is atrophy of your superficial fat pads, your mandible as well as this seems to be more that you have extra tissue influencing the marionette line.. I would see if injecting a medium G' Prime Hyaluronic Acid Dermal filler with a cannula towards the mandible would lift the fold away from the marionette area. I would also test the muscle strength of you dao muscle to see if you would benefit from 2-3 units of botox. would address the issue as well. There really is no cream that will do this.

Thank you for your question. The perioral mounds may be caused by skin laxity as we age as well as the effect of gravity. It may also worsen with conditions where one may have excess connective issue at baseline such as in some congenital conditions. There are a few things that we can do to prevent its worsening and progression. Fillers would be a quick cost effective way to get this corrective.
