I'm only 30 and inexplicably the left side of my face has far worse perioral mounds. How do I remove them conservatively on the left side? Would filler or liposuction help? I don't understand what causes this. I hate my looks.
Answer: Can help So in general most patients do not have 100% symmetry on each side of their face. I would be interested to see how your cheek on the left looks if there is atrophy of your superficial fat pads, your mandible as well as this seems to be more that you have extra tissue influencing the marionette line.. I would see if injecting a medium G' Prime Hyaluronic Acid Dermal filler with a cannula towards the mandible would lift the fold away from the marionette area. I would also test the muscle strength of you dao muscle to see if you would benefit from 2-3 units of botox. would address the issue as well. There really is no cream that will do this.

Answer: Chin implant Hello, First of all, thank you for your question.Due to the small size of your chin tip, there may be skin sagging and dimples in your mouth and jawline area. With a filling or silicone chin implant, these dimples can be removed by providing tension in the jaw line. You need to have a detailed examination and face analyse to get customised treatment plan, be sure that your surgeon is professional board certified facial plastic surgeon. Best Regards,
