Which surgeon offers kenalog (steroid) injections after rhinoplasty in New York City?

In general I prefer to use Kenalog only when absolutely necessary. When it comes to the nose I would be even more discerning regarding its use. The reason is that Kenalog, while very useful for improving scars, can have negative side effects too (as any medication can). I certainly would not recommend it for reduction of normal post operative rhinoplasty swelling. Hope this helps. Best of luck to you. 

I am not a big fan of kenalog injections to the nose because it is a temporary fix  for swelling and can cause problems of its own.

If your surgeon did a good job , the swelling will naturally go away. Do not put Kenalog into your nose. It has possible side effects you would be quite unhappy with.
