I am away from my plastic surgeon and will be removing my few sutures on my own after 10 days. I had the majority of the vertical scar under the nipples of both breasts redone as well as under one breasts (about 2 inches) closest to the chest plate redone. I’d like to know when I can get back into a workout routine (run, stair climber, cycling, hand weights, crunches etc) and if there’s anything I should avoid and for how long? Thank you!
