Shaving your head should not make your SMP fade or fade any faster.  SMP is like a tattoo.  It is under your skin.

You can shave every day and treat your self normal. After 3 days, you can wash and shave your head but for the first few weeks make sure that whatever you use on your scalp, does not contain alcohol in it. See web site below
