Sculptra/juvederm/filler injections for thicker thighs results?

Question

I naturally have an upside down triangle shape. I had a Brazilian butt lift in 2011. Results were nice but a lot dissolved. I'm okay with my butt but I have genetically skinny thighs it's very embarrassing. Can I use sculptra or any fillers to get bigger thighs? (I always see doctors suggest a calf implant but my calfs are not the problem my very skinny thighs are.

It is not a good idea to use filler for thighs as it would be prohibitively expensive. Fat grafting may be the best solution.

Thank you for your question.  While it certainly is possible to use Sculptra in localized areas on the thighs, I prefer this treatment for collagen stimulation to treat crepey skin texture.  Using Sculptra or other fillers to visibly volumize the thighs likely would not be cost-effective.  It would probably be best to consult with a plastic surgeon to discuss if fat grafting would be a good option for you.  Best of luck!

you can use Sculpture to augment your thighs, but you have to remember that you will need multiple treatments for the optimal results and you will need to repeat the treatment every two to six years as necessary. Good luck from New York City
