How do I know if I'm rubbing my forehead too hard after Botox? I'm so worried when I wash my face/moisturize about moving things

agnyc16
I received botox on 3/1 for the first time. I was worried about touching my face, so I held off on washing it and moisturizing until 3/4. How do I know if I'm applying too much pressure when I'm doing my skincare routine? I'm terrified of moving things and adversely effecting my results. Am I in the safe zone where rubbing is okay and won't move things, or should I be extra careful for 2 weeks? Is it also worrisome to have a heavy feeling in one eye 2 days after?
