results from surgery are always permanent but there is the aging process that continues and results always need to be maintaining and further treated. plus j plasma results are improved but never 100% and future treatments are need to improve the area even further and slow down the aging process.You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best.
