Having liposuction on that area should reduce your butts s size.And maybe add some more areas to be liposuctioned at the same time.

If you feel that you are too big, perhaps conservative liposuction can help you obtain the shape you desire.

I agree with the surgeon above. you have 2 options. Liposuction would probably target the specific areas you want to treat (flanks, hips). If you loose a significant amount of weight you can loose the weight in other areas you may not want to loose it, specially after a BBL. Hope it helps ! take care.

You could have liposuction on those areas or, as you don't want to have more surgery, your only option would be to lose some weight with exercise and diet.

Liposuction can be done to reduce your hips and butt.  Since your surgery have you gained weight?  It could be that you gained the weight in the areas you are complaining about.  So your options are to lose weight or have another surgery.

The most appropriate correction wouod be using liposuction of the buttocks and hips. This would focus on the areas that you want reduced. Weight loss is non-specific with regard to the target areas. good luck!
