Heart shaped booty or round? (photos)

Am I a better candidate for a heart shaped booty or round? I'm 5 foot tall 140 lbs and I'm wondering which is more realistic for my body type/shape after bbl.

Hello dear!
Thanks for the question and provided information as well.
Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. 
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

I think you are starting off with a good shape to begin with and should get excellent results.  As for the shape make sure you discuss with your PS what kind of shape you want as the brazillian is not only about injecting fat but using liposuction to contour the waist.  I think either round or heart shape would be a realistic goal in your case but again make sure to discuss this with your PS thoroughly as fat can be distributed to achieve the shape you are going for.
