Having tummytuck, full back waist liposuction  and BBL should give you very good results. But never like wish pics...The most important...you need to have realistic expectation from your surgery.

A BBL with a staged tummy tuck can give you a great improvement but you will need to stage the procedures apart for about 3-4 months. I routinely transfer between 1200 to 1800 cc to each side. Seek a plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of these procedures, has great reviews and photos, and is an expert in this field.

Your body will not do this regardless of how much surgery you have     Be realistic and have a tummy tuck and then place the harvested fat into your buttocks.   You should get a nice result.   The picture you show is a distortion with the models buttocks pushed closed to the camera.   I would hope only realistic photos are placed on Real Self.
