my right sided breast is larger than left one and it's more saggier. I always feel it touches my body when I'm not wearing a bra. This is really uncomfortable to me and I always wear a bra all over the day even when I'm sleeping. Recently I noticed there is some kind of rash on both of the nipple areas of my breasts. And I'm taking medicines for diabetics since 2011. What should I do? Can I do a surgery to correct them? the main problem is my blood sugar level is not controlled well.
Answer: Improve Asymmetry with Breast Lift Just like your situation, breasts are often asymmetric. They can be lifted differently. One side can be reduced or the breasts can have different size implants or different amounts of fat added to improve symmetry.Breasts are often asymmetric. They can be lifted differently. Answer: 24 years old now. I have sagging breasts The medical term for saggingo is mastopexy. It is a good option if one has true sag in the breasts. Often this is combined with rest implants as implants improve the fullness in the upper part of the breast following a breast lift procedure. It is always best to wait and see if one can be at their lowest weight if one is dieting. One should also be in good medical condition. For example, blood sugars would need to be under control to allow for proper healing and minimize risk of infection.

Answer: I'm a 24 years old now. I've had sagging breasts since I was 12 years old. What should I do? The breasts may lose their elasticity and firmness which can be caused by different factors such as pregnancy, massive weight loss, lactation and aging. To reaffirm the breasts and restore the natural look your surgeon can perform a mastopexy or breast lift. A breast lift restores a firmer, perkier, and more aesthetically pleasing shape to sagging breasts. This not only can improve a patient’s appearance by restoring her youthful, feminine proportions, but also help bras and swimsuits fit more comfortably and attractively. By removing excess, stretched out skin, reshaping the breast tissue, and raising the nipple & areola into a more forward position, a cosmetic surgeon can create a more youthful breast contour. Stretched, large areolae can also be reduced during breast lift surgery, creating an overall better proportioned, natural looking breast, Actually the perkiness on a person or another, depends on patients skin and breast tissuefor the first 3 to 4 months

Answer: I'm 24 years old now. I've had sagging breasts since I was 12 years old. What should I do? From your description, a breast lift, with a breast reduction on the larger breast, should address the problems you have noted. In general, this surgery should take approximately 2 to 3 hours to perform and can be done on an outpatient basis. However, you should first check with your primary physician and get your blood glucose levels under better control. Best wishes, Dr. Lepore.
