Products are tested extensively to determine their shelf life. Products may become contaminated or degrade over time and therefore have a use by date on their label. I would not recommend using a product like Radiesse years after its expiration date.

Under no circumstance would I inject a product past itts shelf life. Would you eat food that far after the “use by” date? It certainly isn’t a good sign if a practice has such old product and, if obtained from another source, then completely inappropriate.

I would not inject a product that was 5 years old. The product thickens and the company will not guarantee an old product.
