Im 5 weeks post op. I still have very small areas that have crust/scabs on them. Will putting a silicone tape (for scar therapy) impair the wound healing under the scab? Should i wait until it falls off before doing this? (The scabs are taking forever to fall off, so im growing a little impatient).

It's difficult to make recommendations online based on the photos provide. So, I suggest you begin with an in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgery to learn if you are a candidate for a surgical procedure. If deemed a candidate, you may benefit from a #drainless tummy tuck....
This most likely is related to a suture. Sometimes as a suture is dissolving it turns into a small fluid collection which acts more like a pimple rather than allowing the fluid to dissolve and dissipate. If this is the case, having your plastic surgeon remove the stitch should fix the problem....
