I think a cost-effective and very sdafe way to eliminate dead-space between tummy tuck flap and underlying muscle/fascia layer is to use progressive tension sutures. The use of tissue adhesive on such a broad surface area prone to flexion and torsional forces does not make sense to me.

 As part of and abdominoplasty the umbilicus is refashion. I don't think it's prudent to go through this substantial operation solely for this purpose. And umbilical plastic could be performed to change the appearance of the umbilicus but make certain you understand the trade-offs.

...if you had the hernia with silent or slight symptoms, the compression to tighten your new beautiful tummy may take to the "surface" the previously hidden condition.
