Is there a way to close the gap a little? Or even out my nipples. Would pec implants improve the look of my chest or make it look stranger.

Thank you for your question. In most cases, the scar for pectoral implants is in the armpit. For post-operative scar management I recommend massage, Biocorneum scar cream and time. Good luck, make sure you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.

Oval pec implants generally enhance more of the lower part of the pectoral / chest area where as  the vertical-rectangular pec implants enhance more uniformly the lower and upper chest toward the collar bone as well as along the middle of the chest from top to bottom. There is no one is...
