Pectoral augmentation will improve the look of your chest by making it appear larger and therefore decrease the gap. You wouldn't be able to re position the nipple without creating a scar and I dont think its worth it in your case. However adding a pec implant would look great.
Hello. Looking at your photo, it is true that the nipples are a little widely spaced, but there really is no good way to move them without making much worse scarring. Pec implants would increase the size and contour of the pec muscle area, but your very lean and the edge of the implant would be more visible I believe.Good Luck.
Pectoral implants of the more rectangular shape will improve the fullness of your chest closer to your sternum. Small nipple lifts would be needed with the pectoral implants to even out the horizontal level of the nipples.
