One month after fat grafting and it is all gone! Was I undercorrected? Can I get fillers (Juvederm and Voluma) in two weeks?

I would wait about 6 weeks to see how things look before adding filler. You still might have some swelling.  Good luck.

In order for fat to persist, it must create its own blood supply. Structural fat grafting requires extensive training, specialized equipment, expertise and patience on the part of a surgeon.  Before and after photos would be helpful. Voluma is a great long term filler. It certainly does not replace fat, and it should not be injected in the lips, temples or anywhere near the eyes. But for the right person when expertly the results can be quite nice. If you elect to use Voluma, be very conservative. You can always have more injected later.If you elect to have structural fat grafting performed, research your plastic surgeon very thoroughly, look at many photographs and ask specifically about the number of fat grafting procedures the doctor performs, how long he has been performing this procedure. be sure to view both short term and long term before and after photos.
