How many mm of vertical height/ volume could I get from fillers in my chin?

I'm not open to surgery because I'm already quite a handsome guy and fear the consequences of a more permanent change. That said, I've always had more of a short chin than a weak one. Right now, I notice that if I keep my beard around 4.5-7 mm I look much better than if I go clean shaven. Would filler allow me to gain this much vertical height/ relative volume? Thanks!

Yes, filler can help soften this line. See an experienced doctor in your area for Juvederm, Restylane or other fillers. Take care.

This area can be dramatically improved with fillers if done by someone very well trained and who is meticulous.  I suggest seeing a cosmetic dermatologist who specializes in facial contouring to assess and treat you.  Best, Dr. Emer.

There is a lot that can be done to give you a more masculine face and improved jaw/chin.  I suggest a formal consultation with a facial contouring specialist who is an expert at filler injections and uses cannulas to prevent bruising and swelling.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Thank you for your question. It's hard to tell from your photo. However, there is always a chance of bruising and minor swelling with any type of filler. This usually dissipates after a couple of weeks. We wish you the best!
