I had rhinoplasty to take down a hump and septal spurs nearly two years ago, and now I have a visible dent on one nostril that is creating a harsh asymmetric line on one side of my nose. I can feel a ridge of cartilage along the inside of that nostril as if it’s sinking in at that spot, and it was not like that before. Any suggestions? I made an appointment with my surgeon to address the issue, but would like to have an idea of what’s going on before discussing options of more costly procedures.
