Thanks for your question, but it's not the right one. Instead of looking for a microneedling expert, you should look for an expert in dealing with your skin condition / complaint. Microneedling is not the panacea treatment you read about. After a complete medical consultation and based on your issues, you probably have several different treatment options. There are several energy based options that have less downtime and are much more effective than microneedling. Best of luck.

Hi @mharp10! Dry skin is normal to experience for 2-3 days after microneedling. I would recommend using Hyaluronic Acid Serum to help with the dryness. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
