I got microneedling done a couple months ago and I've noticed that my entire face and forehead is covered in these small bumps. There doesn't seem to be anything in them so they aren't like white heads but they won't go away and are making my complexion appear way worse then before. Could these bumps be from a bad microneedling streatment?

It is recommended that patients do not apply makeup for 12 hours following a microneedling treatment. Try to keep the skin hydrated and avoid time in the sun for best results.
