Ultherapy is the only FDA-approved high-intensity microfocused ultrasound (HIFU) device for noninvasive skin lifting so you should ask for it by name. Counterfeits will usually not say Ultherapy but refer to it as HIFU or something that sounds similar.Interestingly the photo in Dr. Emer's reply is not Ultherapy.
