Laser Genesis killed beard hair. Is there any way to get it back? Will PRP work?

Eight and a half months ago I had a laser genesis treatment done on my inner cheeks. However, the esthetician went a little onto my beard area, and that hair has not grown since. Is there anything that can be done to regrow it, perhaps PRP? Thank you.
