Should I get buccal fat extraction or v-line shaving? (photos)

Question

I've been taking botox for a year but it's barely made a difference. Do I look like I have strong jaw bones or just a chubby face? I want to get an idea so I know who to go to first. Thanks in advance!

Patients with chubby cheeks and wide lower face could benefit from several plastic surgery procedures including buccal fat removal. Buccal fat removal is the plastic surgery procedure that helps to achieve a thinner more chiseled ANTERIOR lower face. When the posterior LOWER  face is wide, it could be secondary to enlarged masseter muscles and/or wide jaw bone. Botox to the masetter helps to achieve a thinner more defined facial look in patients with no chubby cheeks. IF the patients have chubby cheeks, the results of the Botox to the masetter won't be seen until the buccal fat removal is performed. V-live shaving surgery is a invasive surgery that shaves the.poserior jaw bone to give an instant V shape facial appearance. However it is quite invasive, requires general anesthesia and the recovery is quite long.

Buccal fat excision is an appropriate surgical procedure for patients that of overly full and wide cheek areas. In common terms, it is good for patients who have chipmunk cheeks. In reviewing your pictures, is difficult to tell if you're a good candidate because your cheek area is slightly full but not overly full. Liposuction can further slim the face. You are a patient that would need an in person consultation for a complete evaluation and explanation of the positives and negatives of these procedures in your situation. The buccal fat pad is a rounded mass of fat in the middle of your cheek. It’s located between facial muscles, in the hollow area beneath your cheekbone. The size of your buccal fat pads affects your face shape. Everyone has buccal fat pads. However, the size of buccal fat pads can vary greatly. If you have larger buccal fat pads, you might feel like your face is too round or full. You can be a candidate for a Buccal Pad removal surgery.
