Jaw and tooth pain started after filling and crown prep, what can I do? (Photo)

Jaw pain is possible for many people after having a back tooth crowned or prepared for a crown. Sometimes it is as simple as how long you have had to keep your jaw open for.  
However the crown can be high and this is the most likely cause of sentivity in one spot. Also, if the temporary is leaking in that area, that will also cause the to be sensitive in that area. When the final crown is fitted it will seal much better and this problem may well disappear. 
You may still however need a root canal, simply because the tooth is slowly dying, either through a process that had already started or simply because some teeth find the preparation of a too traumatic and this causes them to die.

There is a high possibility that the bite maybe too high. The most conservative thing you can do is have that checked. If too high, you can adjust it and the pain should stop.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues after you had your dental work completed.  Anytime a tooth is prepared for a crown there does remain the possibility you could have some discomfort.  Does the pain wake you up at night, is it sensitive to cold.  You mentioned that it hurts only when you touch one part of the tooth.  If the pain continues you may need to have a root canal done.  

The symptoms that you have listed are very likely to be a fine exposure of pulp. This needs a root canal therapy of the tooth. Xrays may not show fine exposure of pulp.
