Is it okay to take Iron Pills after breast reduction procedure? I am 3 days out.

 In my opinion I see no problem taking your iron supplementation after breast reduction. Having said this, please consult with your primary care physician and your plastic surgeon to get the optimal recommendation for you. 

You need to talk to your doctor to see if you even need to take them.  Most patients that I perform breast reductions on do not lose a lot of blood and therefore would not need Iron pills.
