Can you fill the buccal pad?

Recently had buccal reduction ( 3months ) , however tho has caused the muscle that frames my mouth to almost go flat ( not supported ) so I was wondering if the actual buccal pad can be refilled with filler or possibly fat ? Volume loss is also an issue but the movement is more important hence I’m Asking if the pad can be refilled as opposed to the area surrounding ?

Most patients that are disatisfaced with buccal fat removal usually lack prominent cheek bones.
The cheek bones, not the buccal fat are the support of the face. 
When I do a buccal fat removal consultation I always evaluate the cheek bones. If the patient have no prominent cheek bones I explain to the patient that is mandatory to enhance the cheek bones to avoid de above mentioned post-procedure problem. If the patient refuses to enhance the cheek bones  before or at the same time of the procedure  ( usually with soft tissue fillers like voluma) I refuse to perform the operation.
It is possible that patients that are dissatisfied with heir buccal fat removal because "the muscle that frames my mouth to almost go flat ( not supported )" could become satisfied by enhancing their cheek bones with soft tissue filers (which is the key for a chiseled sported face post buccal fat removal).
