Can I brush my teeth or use mouth wash after buccal fat removal?

I took antibiotics for the first 7 days, and now am off it. Because of my scar, i can't really brush my teeth near it and am worried it could cause an infection, it's also a bit yellow, could it be bad hygiène? I use a mouthwash , colgate peroxyl, i wonder if its enough to keep a good hygiène .Secondly, i really like to do musculation and some say 2 weeks off is enough and some other say more like 3-4 weeks. Thanks in advance!
