Is it possible to remove the septal extension graft, columella strut and goretex implant? Would the nose collapse? Or is it possible to still retain some sort of shape? The alars were altered using sail excision. If not possible what would be an alternative?

Based on your photos, one nostril seems to collapse with deep nasal breathing. Depending on your condition and examination, you may benefit from a cartilage graft to support your nasal tip. The feasibility of this would require an examination. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph
